Michael Jackson dies: Twitter's good luck

The difference between professional and citizen journalism and the press is relatively simple: one does not pay for the signing of what we see and hear, and the second is to be paid accordingly, and have the confidence to report what we see and hear.

To the excitement at the end used to the comments, posts, and the wall, but Michael Jackson might be dead, whereas professional sources that have not yet applied for such things (at the time of the publication of any event). Here's an example I saw on the screen: twitter completely crazy about this news. Look for me to supply all the major talk and spread rumors, and news stories linked to round left, right and center. This makes me think of twitter and the engines are similar to no more than common machine.

Gave two examples include the Hudson River prior to the incident and the arrest of terrorists in a British university. This is reported by the citizen in the professional press and journalists able to report. But out, I saw a continuous flow of information leakage, just as it was. When you try to gain the credibility of the ideas that the person presented to the public forum, such as birds singing, opens the possibility of other adverse consequences process.Even at that time, the BBC News that such a comment on twitter, "unconfirmed" just the facts. But the fact that it is still uncertain to inform the public does not know, but to go to the proliferation of social media. However, the BBC, stressing that especially at this stage, it is important that news reports based on facts only through official sources and those who do not idle. (23:10 BST).

From my perspective, here, on twitter, and another to the Internet is based on right or wrong, and just yesterday I had said, according to the examples mentioned above, in Iran last week that twitter is a great way to keep the same level of news . Now I am not so sure. Is the amount which was previously scattered unconfirmed news on the current situation, put your reputation in social media and shame.
